Tomorrow - Saturday11th July from 1pm to 3pm we are having a Weber BBQ Demo, using 4 different BBQs at the same time.
Brendan from Weber and the Staff here in Fernhill will be doing the cooking to show you how easy it is to do more with your weber than just burgers and sausages.
We will be cooking a full dinner on the BBQ, cooking a roast of pork with baby potatoes and veg. Roasting a chicken on the charcoal and fish on the Weber Q. We will be showing you from start to finish how to prepair your BBQ and your food for cooking. We will even let you taste it!!!! We will even show you how to complete that dinner with a delightful desert. Try and come for 1pm so you can see how the preperation is done. The cooking is easy after that.
We will also be setting up the smoker and smoking some chicken for a flavour with a difference.This is cooking at a whole different level so come along and see how Brendan sets up the Smoker for cooking.
We will be happy to answer any of your BBQ cooking questions on the day so don't be shy!
