At Fernhill, we are delighted to offer our always-popular Weber BBQ Courses under the expert guidance of Certified-by-Weber Chef Mark Doe. Join our 3-hour hands-on cooking course, and Mark will guide you through a whole new menu. You’ll be amazed at what you can produce on your individual barbecue, provided by us for the session. Yes, you will be cooking – grilling, braising, frying - and then you get to eat! Afterwards, you take home your Weber Apron and will receive the full recipe pack that will have you cooking for friends and family.
